We used this when our cat went missing and, it worked well. I was kind of stressed and not expecting much at first, but it ended up helping us track her down. Huge relief. I mean, it wasn’t perfect or anything, but in that moment it did what we needed.

I signed up for the yearly plan for my dog, and so far it feels like a good value. Compared to a couple other pet-related subscriptions I’ve used, this one was easier to set up and the reminders have actually been useful. The account page could be a little more straightforward, but overall I’m happy with it and feel like the price makes sense

petlink.net was easy to work with overall. Their messages were clear, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep rereading things or guess what step came next, which I really appreciated.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that one reply took a bit longer than I expected. Compared to a few other services I’ve used, it wasn’t the fastest, but the communication was still solid and never confusing.

I needed to update my dog's profile after we moved, and it was simple on petlink.net.
The steps were easy to follow, and I didn't have to hunt around forever just to find where to change our info. everything saved without any issues too.
Really nice to get it done quickly without Calling anyone or dealing with a hassle. 5 stars from me...

Support did end up helping me, but it took a while to get a reply. The frustrating part was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for my issue, so it felt like I was just waiting around while it got passed along.

"Wish I’d Checked the Fees First"
petlink did what I needed for keeping my pet’s info updated, so I can’t really complain about how it works. I just wish I had paid closer attention to the pricing before signing up, because the extra fees feel a little steep for what you’re getting. It’s not terrible, but I do kind of regret not looking around for something cheaper.

"Works fine, but the privacy info should be easier to find"
Petlink has been okay for keeping my pet’s info organized, and I haven’t had any real issues using it. That said, I found the privacy settings and data-sharing details harder to track down than they should be. The security seems fine, but the lack of clear info feels like an avoidable frustration. Overall, it does the job, but I’d give it 3 stars...
"Easy chip registration, just a little clunky"
I used petlink.net to register my dog’s microchip, i was a little nervous at first because I really didn’t want to mess anything up. Once I had the chip number and my information in front of me, though, it went smoothly and only took a few minutes.
The site was clear enough, but I did get mildly annoyed on a couple of pages because they felt a bit outdated and I had to pause to figure out where to click next. Nothing terrible, just one of those small things that makes you go, “Wait, am I doing this right?”
In the end, I felt relieved because everything went through fine and the confirmation came quickly. It wasn’t the slickest website ever, but it did what I needed, and I’d use it again if I had to.

I tried using petlink to look up my dog’s microchip, and it did pull up the chip, so that part worked. But right away something felt a little off because a few of the details seemed outdated. I ended up checking with my vet just to be sure. It wasn’t a bad experience, and the site was easy to use, but my gut says I’d still double-check anything important.

I had a annoying time trying to find the pet certificates. The docs weren’t very easy to track down, and something about it just felt more complicated than it needed to be.

"Refund came through, but the cancellation process dragged a bit"
I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. But as someone who likes to get these things wrapped up quickly and not chase people around, the cancellation process felt a little more drawn out than it needed to be. Support did respond, just not as fast as I would’ve hoped. Overall, not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Helped us find our cat fast"
Our cat slipped out and we were really stressed, but the coverage from their network made a big difference. We got the word out quickly and ended up finding him faster than I expected. Support was also reassuring, basically saying, “We’ll help get the alert out and keep it moving,” which helped calm me down a bit. Really glad we had this in place.

PetLink sent me a renewal reminder, i’m glad they did because I probably would’ve forgotten. The whole process was really straightforward, I logged in, renewed quickly, and didn’t run into any confusing steps. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing they reached out before it expired. Simple, helpful, and easy, exactly what I needed.

"Support Felt Too Slow in a Panic"
I had to reach out to petlink during a stressful emergency, my first reaction was that the support just wasn’t up to it. I know I was probably making a snap judgment because I was stressed, but it felt like forever before I got a clear answer. I also kept feeling like I was repeating the same details over and over. It did get sorted out eventually, but in that moment I really needed faster, more helpful support. Not a great experience for me.

The phone notifications work well most of the time, but they’re not perfect. They’ve been mostly reliable, though the occasional miss has made me trust them a little less than I did at first.

I accidentally ended up with two accounts and reached out to support to get it fixed. They did take care of it in the end, which I appreciated, but I expected the process to be a little quicker. It took a few back-and-forth emails, so it felt kind of slow, but everything was eventually resolved...

"Logged into my Petlink account today..."
Logged into my Petlink account today and, shockingly, it was straightforward. I forgot my password, because of course I did, but the reset process was actually clear and didn’t make me jump through a dozen weird hoops. The page loaded fine on my phone, and I got to my pet’s info quickly. So yeah, no real complaints, it worked the way you’d hope these things would work more often
